About this vacancy

As a non-dutch Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for answering, as well as processing, questions by phone, email or chat from a diverse group of international clients. You will provide service to customers speaking your language. We aim to approach customers in the most personal and professional way possible. Therefore we expect you to be fluent at speaking and writing in the language you’re best at.
